Your role will adapt to your strengths, with potential focus areas including:

• Building and deploying AI/LLM models

• Creating benchmarks to improve accuracy

• Designing intuitive interfaces

• Fine-tuning document processing

• Optimizing system performance

• Shaping the platform with new ideas

• Genuine passion for building and shipping great software

• Demonstrable experience through hackathons, open-source contributions, side projects, or professional work

• Strong Python or JavaScript skills (having both is a plus)

• Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus)

• Self-motivated problem-solver who takes initiative
